Mohamed Salah Extends Regret to Liverpool Dressing Room, Discloses Curtis Jones
Jones has shared that Mohamed Salah said sorry to the entire Liverpool squad after the controversy from his recent interview.

Salah was left out from a European match after making accusations and stating his rapport with Arne Slot had soured.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “His apology was clear and was like: ‘If I’ve affected anybody, please accept my apology.’”
The head coach has chosen not to disclose on whether he received a personal apology from the veteran striker.
Moving Forward
Jones insisted that the squad's reaction stayed normal. “He was the exact same Mo, his demeanour was positive and we all treated him normally,” he continued.
Jones also suggested that a player's desire to start is a positive trait. “I understand there are different methods you can handle situations,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just sit out, then I think that’s concerning.”
Team Form
The team's performance have remained strong in the period after the initial controversy. Jones believes the Salah's words were never meant to harm the team.
“When there’s been any sort of anger, it has consistently come from a desire to win,” Jones concluded. “That chapter is closed and we’re building chemistry, playing well and starting to win games.”
